Content & Copywriting
WORDS THAT
SOUND LIKE YOU.
Clear, honest writing that helps people understand what you do and why it matters. I help small businesses say it well, one careful step at a time.
About this service
WRITING
THAT WORKS.
Good content answers a customer’s question before they have to ask it. I start by learning how your business sounds, then write around that voice.
I’m early in my digital marketing career, so I take a careful approach: listen first, write simply, and edit until every line earns its place.
It suits small businesses that know what they offer but struggle to put it into words on their website, social media and emails.
Tools: Google Docs, Canva, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor

FAQ
QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED.
The things small business owners ask most.
What is the difference between content and copywriting?
Content informs and builds trust over time, like blog posts. Copywriting is persuasive writing that asks the reader to act, like a button, an ad or a landing page. Most businesses need both.
How long does it take to write a page?
A typical website page takes a few days, depending on how much I need to learn about your business first.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your website, a short chat about your goals, and Google Search Console access if you already use it.
Do you also handle SEO?
Yes. Good writing and SEO work together, so I include the search words your customers actually use.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You review every draft and we edit together until it feels right.
How do you know if the content is working?
I look at visits, time on page and enquiries using Google Analytics and Search Console, and explain them in plain language.
What if I can't explain my work in words?
That’s what I’m here for. You tell me the basics, I ask questions, and turn it into clear writing you can approve.
Will the writing sound like my business?
That’s the goal. I start by learning how you talk about your work, then write in that voice, and you review every draft.
